Exercise device relates to exercise equipment for mastering yoga asanas (poses) which practice requires good body flexibility and strength. This exercise device also can be used in sport for stretching and strengthening different part of the human body for example in calisthenics and rhythmic gymnastics.
Exercise device consists of:

1. flexible board for supporting body or legs during asana's performance;
2. base ropes;
3. hight regulating element;
4. hand grips;
